Despite the fact that T'Pren was crestfallen when Rai untangled himself from her to swim to the edge, she greatly enjoyed watching him get out of the pool. She ducked herself underwater one last time before she took his hand to pull herself up.
If he thought she looked like a water sylph the night before, he was really in for a treat as she emerged pale and dripping from the grotto.
"We'd better keep our distance until we get there," she reasoned. But her body passed centimeters from his and she smiled knowingly as she did so, enjoying teasing him and the practically palpable psionic connection between them.
